Guest Attendance Fees:

• Each invitee may bring one (1) guest to participate in scheduled dinners and cocktail events for a supplemental fee of $750 to be billed to you after the event

The following expenses will be covered by CES/Equitable:

• One standard hotel room at the Sandpearl Resort, room fee & tax only for the nights of the forum – February 23 and 24th checking out on the 25th.

• All scheduled meal functions as noted on the agenda.

• Transportation (if required) to dinners/cocktail events noted on the agenda.

The following expenses will NOT be covered by CES/Equitable:

• Airfare

• Ground transportation outside of scheduled Forum events

• Car rentals

• Airport parking costs

• Hotel parking costs

• Hotel accommodations outside the Forum dates

• Hotel room upgrades

• Telephone charges

• Any additional room requests

• Fee for additional occupants (see detailed info below)

• Bellman and Housekeeping gratuities

• Valet or laundry services

• Any unscheduled meals

• Any non CES-arranged activities (i.e. personal sightseeing)

• Other personal/incidental charges

• Any additional incidental expenses outside the program parameters that are not business related and within standard company guidelines, will not be reimbursed
